Gebruiken moderne LED-lampen thermische via's??

I have a technical question about thermal management with mid-power LED diodes.Do you use thermal vias on the PC board anymore? Either under the LED diode footprint or even around the footprint? Depends on the application limits and cost targets.

Aluminium PCBs are quite popular, especially for applications where the total LED quantity and/or power is high (bijv. COBs).

Aluminium is used as the substrate, and the PCB tracks are isolated from it. Different materials are available for different isolation requirements.

This aluminium PCB can be directly attached to the heatsink.

Does each process have its own PCB or there is just one?

To my understanding, each process in the operating system contains its own separate Process Control Block. Can someone explain this to me. Does each process have its own PCB or is there just one PCB that contains all the information for all the processes?

How do you usually organize SMT parts during PCB assembly?

Suppose one is hand-assembling a board with many SMT components. Unlike THT, SMT components are often not labeled. How might one keep small (<100) quantities of such parts properly organized during assembly? Are there particular tools? Storage devices? Methods?
