How can I fix my “D” key that sometimes isn’t responding when I click on it?

My mechanical keyborad is brand new so I cannot find where the culprit is. How I fix the key?

You will have to replace the key which may require resoldering the entire key to the keyboard PCB. Some of the old Cherry key switches had replaceable internals. Haven’t seen Cherry keys in a long time.

If it is new then there should be a warranty probably 90 dagen. Contact the manufacturers customer service and ask for an RMA. Some companies will send the replacement out first and have you box up the old one and return it in the box the replacement came in.

How can I go about making temporary test connections in PCB while prototyping without soldering?

I recently ordered some PCB bits from a new supplier to assemble a widget. I want to make temporary connections between different PCBs, but am not convinced I want to solder and then desolder and resolder wires while I am testing and prototyping. Is there any tips for doing that?

Does each process have its own PCB or there is just one?

To my understanding, each process in the operating system contains its own separate Process Control Block. Can someone explain this to me. Does each process have its own PCB or is there just one PCB that contains all the information for all the processes?

How can I fix the PCB to the mechanical structure?

I designed a PCB with an imaging sensor that is mechanically coupled to a lens assembly using four 2-56 schroeven. I’m noticing that even though the screws are holding the board tightly against the mechanical structure if I flick or lightly knock the the assembly the image “moves”. I’m hoping to get a few suggestions for ways to fix the PCB to the mechanical structure. Any suggestions for adhesives or the like? Something else?
