Hoe kan ik PCBA-massaproduct verpakken voor transport over lange afstanden??

Ik heb een partij PCBA gekocht via FOB in het buitenland, wat betekent dat de goederen volledig van mij zijn sinds ze aan boord zijn. So how can I pack them to avoid any possible damage on the way?

Are there any guidance on recommended package size and type for a surface mount linear regulator IC on my board that will be hand-soldered?

I am designing a board that needs a couple linear regulators (5.5v to 3v and 3v to 1.6v) but I am having difficulty selecting a suitable surface mount package type and size that will allow me to hand solder the IC to the PCB without too much difficulty.

Is paste mask layer, both top and bottom layer, necessary for THT components?

I know the paste mask layer is also called the stencil layer. It’s only used for assembly. I want to know if the paste mask layer (both top and bottom layer) is necessary for through hole components. For SMD components I know the paste mask layer is required to solder the components. Is it necessary for through hole components?

How do components not get knocked off or fall off during reflow?

Last week we visited a PCBA factory. We were looking at reflow ovens. A lot of them have a metal conveyor belt the boards sit on. On a double sided board, when you put the board on the metal belt, won’t the metal belt knock components off as they are only held on by paste?
