D2pak transistörleri içeren bazı alüminyum pcb'ler sipariş edip etmediğimi ve test için bunlardan birkaçını lehimlemek isteyip istemediğimi merak ediyorum, temel ekipmanı kullanmak mümkün mü yoksa yeniden akışlı lehimleme fırınına mı ihtiyaç duyuyor?.

You may need some forced air for ramp-down and a thermal couple probe to “profil” a bare board to match the LED recommended ramp rates, peak liquidus dwell and cooling rates to prevent solder stress failures.

If you do not have thermal couples , estimate the liquidus point when a tiny blob of solder melts and the duration it is melted. and your overall profile time from the datasheet. Avoid too slow and too fast as the wire bond may shear inside.

Assembly line process engineers do this with a thermally protected data collection module.

It slow down the conveyor speeds to absorb the higher heat mass as well as accelerate the temperature rise in the number of zones in their control. Too slow is a reliability issue for LEDs and the overall time to ramp up and down must not be exceeded for this reason.

Başkaları Ne Soruyor?

Are the two modules interfering with each other in a PCB with GSM module and the gp-635t GPS?

In my current prototype, I have a SIMCOM GSM module and the gp-635t GPS. They are both in an enclsoure including antennas (gps antenna is integrated). What I experience is sometimes poor GSM and GPS connectivity and sometimes GPS doesn’t get any fix (in the 2 minutes of time i allocate for it) and the GSM fails to send data sometimes. Any tips on this case?

En yeni paketlerde çift taraflı montaj hâlâ mümkün mü??

Bazı DFN veya gibi paketleri düşündüğümde 0201 dirençler tutkal noktalarını nereye yerleştireceklerini merak ediyorum. UDFN'im 1,2 mm x 1 mm. Ve 0,5 mm aralıklı WLP üzerindeki tutkal noktaları tamamen yok görünüyor. Lehimleme için PCB'nin altındaki parçaları sabitlemek hala mümkün mü??
