Her prosesin kendi PCB'si var mı yoksa sadece bir tane var mı??

To my understanding, each process in the operating system contains its own separate Process Control Block. Can someone explain this to me. Does each process have its own PCB or is there just one PCB that contains all the information for all the processes?

Each Process has its own PCB which is usually stored as a structure.
A linked list of PCBs’ is maintained to keep track of all the processes.

Though it may be implemented differently on various operating systems, the basic concept is this much only. Yani, all in all, you might say that there is a process list that consists of PCBs’ of all the processes.

Is PCB testing of all nets after assembly required?

That is my first time asking an assembly house to produce 200 units of a PCB (and not the usual 3 veya 5 PCB'ler). The assembly house came back to me saying that the testability of the board was bad and that they need to have 1.2 mm pads on the bottom side of the PBC for all nets… They require such large pads because beds of nails are a much more economical option than flying probe for 200-400 units since they can do it in-house. Is adding 1.2 mm pad on ALL nets common practice for PCB?

How does PCB fabrication work? Will I get back a blank board or?

Let’s say I design a PCB with given components in EAGLE. If I send this bundle to a manufacturer, will I get back a board with the components already assembled or will I get back a blank board with traces and holes?
