Why does the Bluetooth testing result of PCB show good in supplier lab, but fail in our side?

Receive Bluetooth PCB from supplier after they send a good testing video to me. ancak, when we test it by ourselves, it can not connect the phone. Neden?

Different phones can have different speeds at receiving the scanning results. It seems that you are using a phone with a different scanning speed.
You are using different connecting cables to the input or output of the PCB.
There is something wrong with the input or output of the PCB.
