Why does the Bluetooth testing result of PCB show good in supplier lab, but fail in our side?

Receive Bluetooth PCB from supplier after they send a good testing video to me. However, when we test it by ourselves, it can not connect the phone. Why?

Different phones can have different speeds at receiving the scanning results. It seems that you are using a phone with a different scanning speed.
You are using different connecting cables to the input or output of the PCB.
There is something wrong with the input or output of the PCB.

A new project is always a long-run process, especially a Bluetooth device, since the connection not only involves in PCB party but also the phone user. Try to talk to your supplier based on the above points. There will be surprising progress in the project. Good luck to you.

I have a small circuit board that has no mounting holes but does provide unpopulated test point pads. Is there any option for machine screws or standoffs that I could solder into these for mounting the board?
