I am a buyer in a telecom company. Recently, an important order of SMT PCBA is delayed due to insophiscated production of a supplier. I am thinking about replace it and just very puzzled about how did their SMT pad fall off easily when soldering the PCB boards. That slows down the whole process.
I have designed a power supply card using V7805-2000. Copper thickness is 70 microns, board size is 5 cm × 5 cm. When this underwent vibration test the regulator came off, broken into two pieces(regulator leads are in the holes). How is it going?
I have some PCBs that were wave soldered but the vias still remain open, they are not filled nor plugged form what I can see. I do not see any solder on the annular rings of the vias either. How do they go about doing so?
