Poke the tape with a rod from the back (which loosens it but doesn’t remove it completely), and then use tape to remove it. The method is pretty quick and can remove several thousand per hour when using a jig.

On a Flex Printed Circuit (FPC) made out of Kapton polyimide, will anything bad happen if I put a VIA in a part of the FPC that has to bend? VIA size: 0.2 mm hole diameter in 0.4 mm copper diameter. FPC bend radius: 0.7 mm. Kapton thickness: 0.2 mm. Copper weight: either 2 oz or 1 oz (I haven’t decided yet)
Wireless charging is so convenient for user because it doesn’t need any wire, but it is not so popular as market. It must be some reasons in supplier side, isn’t it?
All of the soldering I’ve done to this point has been with through-hole components. I hope to move up to some smaller surface-mount parts at some point in the future. I’ve got a Weller WES51 soldering station. There is a large number of ET series tips available. How do I choose the right tip for the components I’ll be working with?
