I often design dimmable light, but never handle that power by solar energy. Could you please tell how to realize it. I think now we need to follow the environmental-friendly trend and launch some green electric products.

The PNP transistor acts as a current-driven BJT. The output current depends on the Base current, which is controlled by a solar panel. Thus controlling the collector, output, led current and led brightness.
