How close is the soldering joint for PCB?

E: The prototype provided by the supplier is good, but I found some solder joints are close to the PCB. Actually, how much width would be better?

Fine pitch soldering for surface mount packages has lead pitches as small as 0.4 mm. That is centerline to centerline. The spacing between pins is going to be around 0.2 mm.
