Does anyone have any experience using zero-ohm resistors in an RF signal path to select antennas?

I've typically used RF switches for this purpose, but that's also when it was necessary to allow the antenna selection to be changed "in the field". But for cases where the antenna selection is a manufacture-time option, I'm considering simple zero-ohm resistors.

I highly recommend using a normal SMD 10pF to 100pF ceramic capacitor, depending on frequency. They’re already used on the board, and tend to be cheaper than zero-ohm resistors, as we buy them by the bazillion rather than the handful.

How do components not get knocked off or fall off during reflow?

Last week we visited a PCBA factory. We were looking at reflow ovens. A lot of them have a metal conveyor belt the boards sit on. On a double sided board, when you put the board on the metal belt, won’t the metal belt knock components off as they are only held on by paste?

Is it ok to call all the chips with alphanumeric labels BGA (ball grid array)?

Some ICs have their pins labelled only with numerical values and some use alphanumeric labels. I want to know what is the correct naming term for these cases.
Is it ok to call all the chips with alphanumeric labels BGA (ball grid array)? And for chips with only numeric pin labels the chip should be called DIL (dual in line)?

How long should it take to charge for new watches?

I bought 20 watches samples from a PCBA factory and plan to do some test on them. However, there is no power in its original state. How long should it take to charge for the watches in its original state?
