What are good softwares for PCB designing?

I usually work for PCB designing and know some useful design software. I want to know what design software you are using. Is there any high recommendation?

PCBWorks: Can be used as a standalone platform though it is specially designed to facilitate collaboration with the 3D environment of SolidWorks.

What Others Are Asking

Can HASL finish be used for castellated pads?

I am designing a PCB that uses castellated edges to connect to the parent board. I would like to use hot air solder leveling finish to save on costs for prototyping, but I am concerned that the non-planar surfaces of the module may pose assembly issues. Is it common at all to use HASL for castellated boards, or do I need Electroless Nickel Immersion Gold to ensure successful assembly?

Can leaded BGA chips be reflow soldered with lead-free process?

I know that using leaded process for lead-free BGA chips is not acceptable, because the solder balls of the BGA will not melt and the joint will be unreliable. But now BGA chip is only available in lead-free balls. is it ok to solder leaded BGA chips with a lead-free (thus, higher temperature) process?
